first place. Being able to recycle that plastic is even better. This company needed a secure and reliable supply chain that wouldn't cause environmental damage or reputational risk and needed help from an experienced compliance consulting firm. The company worked with global financial institutions and was asked for compliance contractual representations. The only problem? The company had never had products with these types of ESG claims.
