MEET OUR FOUNDER

Lisa Beth Lentini Walker is the CEO and Founder of Lumen Worldwide Endeavors. She is an adjunct professor of law at Mitchell Hamline Law School. Lisa Beth is a skilled global business partner who has led award-winning legal and compliance departments within large public corporations and privately held enterprises. She does this by strategically aligning resources to create efficiencies and advising the board of directors to further strategic initiatives while mitigating risks in all aspects of domestic and global operations. Lisa Beth has held corporate secretarial, legal, compliance, ethics, governance and risk positions as an attorney at a Fortune 50 corporation, as the compliance leader of a global travel company operating in 150 countries and as the corporate secretary, chief compliance officer and co-chair of the risk council at a NYSE-listed corporation. Lisa Beth also served with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, in the Divisions of Corporation Finance and Enforcement. 

Lisa Beth is a member of the Minnesota, New Jersey, New York and District of Columbia bars. She previously served as a board member of the Society for Corporate Governance and the SEC Historical Society.

Lisa Beth delights in the art of possibility. In her free time, she is an advisory board member to a women’s fashion startup, Alice Riot, is part of the organizing committee for the Team Women (MN) annual leadership conference and also serves on the board of Stages Theatre, a children’s theater, in Hopkins, MN. 

MEET COO KEVIN

Kevin Walker is a retired USMC GySgt who spent more than 20 years serving the United States domestically and abroad. He has trained countless law enforcement and military personnel in situational awareness and self defense. Kevin’s formative years were spent at Aiglon College, a co-educational international boarding school located in Chesières-Villars, Vaud, Switzerland.​

Kevin is now dedicated to excellence in the financial and operational requirements of Lumen Worldwide Endeavors and serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

MEET CISO DANIEL

Daniel Ayala is a career information security and privacy professional, leader, and mentor with over 25 years of experience spanning the globe and numerous lines of business including financial services, health care and pharmaceuticals, academic, technology and information industries in roles ranging from technical to executive including Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer. Daniel is a passionate advocate for the ethical use of technology and data. He believes that a balanced approach and building trust are the keys to the successful integration of security and privacy into businesses. An entrepreneur at heart, he is the founder of Secratic, an information security consultancy. Daniel serves as Lumen’s CISO and is part of the Lumen consulting team.

MEET STEF

Stef Tschida spent nearly 15 years in corporate communications helping organizations such as UnitedHealth and CWT communicate critical messages both internally and externally.  She thrives on helping organizations communicate more effectively to accomplish their business goals and has found great success in compliance and ethics communications.  Stef has spoken and written for the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Stef has a master’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota. Stef is the owner of Tschida Communications and joined the Lumen team to support excellence in compliance and ethics communications.

MEET Ashley

Ashley Kimlinger has 15 years of brand and design chops, both in agency and corporate settings, with design experience for global brands like Allianz Life and Element, and health insurance brands like United Healthcare, Medtronic and Nexben. At Deluxe Corporation, she helped create the Emmy nominated Hulu show, Small Business Revolution, and led the creative direction for the brand.

She is a designer who studied public relations and understands intuitively how storytelling and design not only intersect, but rely each other. She loves to geek out over awesome brand guidelines and has a particular passion for creating engaging presentations.

Ashley is the owner of ash Design and joined the Lumen team to support excellence in compliance and ethics communication design.

MEET Suzan

Suzan MsGinnis is Principal Consultant at Lumen Worldwide Endeavors. Suzan is dedicated to helping organizations build strong ethical cultures through the building blocks of an effective ethics and compliance program, including strategic compliance program planning and execution, speak-up culture solutions, and impactful messaging.

Suzan brings decades of experience in compliance, ethics and ESG to Lumen. Throughout her career she has worked for the largest U.S. electronics retailer as well as at one of the largest U.S. based consumer retailers. She has extensive experience in developing training and awareness programs, policies and procedures, Codes of Conduct, conflicts of interest, gift and vendor relationship management, and strategic planning for ethics and compliance teams in complex global organizations. She also teaches courses at both Fordham University School of Law and for the Yale School of Management Executive Education courses through GetSmarter.

In addition to her compliance-focused work, Suzan brings a unique skillset to the Lumen team having spent more than a decade in higher education. She has several publications and presentations as a professional librarian.
